Heidi a été très prévenant tant avant que après la location de son véhicule. Son véhicule ayant été légèrement accidenté peu avant mon départ sur l'aile arrière droite, il m'a tout de suite rassuré sur le sujet. Idem pour la jauge à carburant qui indiquait une quantité inférieure au 100%. Le véhicule est confortable et agréable pour les grands trajets.Sur le retour, j'ai eu un soucis avec un voyant moteur (sans impact sur le trajet). Lors de la restitution Heidi a été très bienveillant en s'excusant pour le désagrément et m'a offert en compensation du plein de carburant les kilomètres supplémentaires. J'ai même eu la chance d'être raccompagné jusqu'à la station de RER. Merci Heidi.

This Model Y was the PERFECT ride for our trip to France! Our family of four had the opportunity to explore France in the winter: we toured the entire country, and we couldn’t have been better supported than by this vehicle. Not only did the extra safety features of this new Model Y make it easier and safer for me to drive for my first time in France, but the extra storage space in the frunk (front trunk) and the back trunk / boot was such a life safer! It effectively made the vehicle FEEL like a larger 7-person SUV, but in the footprint of a larger 5-person vehicle. France has so many EV chargers (Tesla Superchargers and otherwise) that it was very easy to navigate around the country safely and efficiently. We were never worried about running out of energy on the trip.Hedi was the most amazing Skycars host we could have ever asked for. He helped us at pickup and drop off. He was flexible on both occasions when our schedule needed to adjust. He offered great advice on how to handle toll roads (both the automated and manual kind) and everything else. On drop off day he even helped us unload our luggage! I just can’t express enough how thankful we are for Hedi for letting us have the joy of renting his Tesla through Skycars this winter. It was such a memorable trip, and this car and Hedi and his family made it extra special!I can’t recommend Hedi and his Tesla highly enough: 11/10 rating wouldn’t be high enough! Thank you Hedi!

Super voiture, très propre et moderne. Le propriétaire est très flexible sur les horaires et très sympathique. Il m'a fait une démo complète de la voiture avant comme c'était la première fois que je conduisais une Tesla. Il répond aussi très rapidement aux questions et est disponible. Je recommande à 100%
